Privacy Policy — Weft

This Privacy Policy explains how Weft (“the app”, “we”, “us”), published by AuraTech Inc, handles information when you play the game. We designed Weft to keep your data on your device. Please read this policy alongside the privacy policies of the third‑party services named below.

The short version. Weft itself does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. Your scores, coins, and settings are saved only on your device. The one exception is advertising: Weft shows ads through Google AdMob, and the Google Mobile Ads SDK collects certain device and advertising identifiers to serve those ads. You can remove ads entirely with a one‑time in‑app purchase.

Information Weft collects directly

None. The app does not ask for your name, email, phone number, location, or any other personal information. Game progress — your best score, coin balance, unlocked cosmetics, and settings — is stored locally on your device and is not sent to us. Uninstalling the app removes this local data.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

Weft displays advertisements using Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google’s Mobile Ads SDK may collect and process information such as your device’s advertising identifier, IP address, and general device and app‑activity information. This data is handled by Google, not by AuraTech. If you make the one‑time Remove Ads purchase, advertising is disabled and the ads SDK no longer serves ads in the app.

Consent (EEA, UK, and Switzerland)

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, Weft shows a consent request (via Google’s User Messaging Platform) before any personalized ads are served. You can choose to receive non‑personalized ads instead, and you can change your choice at any time from the app’s Privacy option.

Purchases

In‑app purchases (such as Remove Ads) are processed by Google Play Billing. AuraTech does not receive or store your payment details. Purchase handling is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy and the Google Play Terms of Service.

Optional leaderboards (Google Play Games Services)

Weft may offer an optional sign‑in to Google Play Games Services to submit high scores to leaderboards. This feature is optional. If you use it, your gameplay information (such as your high score and Play Games profile) is handled by Google Play Games Services under Google’s Privacy Policy. If you do not sign in, no leaderboard data is shared.

Children

Weft is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a third‑party service used by the app, please contact us and we will work with the relevant provider to address it.

Data sharing

AuraTech does not sell your personal information. The only data leaving your device is that collected by the third‑party services described above (Google AdMob, Google Play Billing, and, if you opt in, Google Play Games Services), for the purposes stated.

Data retention and your choices

On‑device game data is retained until you clear the app’s data or uninstall the app.
You can reset advertising personalization or your advertising ID in your device settings.
You can decline personalized ads via the in‑app consent option where it applies.
Data collected by Google is subject to Google’s retention and deletion practices.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, within the app.
