These terms govern your use of the Sonelle mobile application ("Sonelle", "the app"), published by AuraTech ("we", "us"). By installing or using Sonelle, you agree to these terms.
We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to use Sonelle on devices you own or control, for your own lawful purposes. The one‑time "Premium Lifetime Unlock" removes the free‑tier usage limits for the account that purchased it, for the supported lifetime of the app.
You agree not to misuse Sonelle, including by attempting to reverse engineer, resell, or use it to create unlawful content or to infringe others' rights. You are responsible for the content you create with the app.
Everything you create in Sonelle stays on your device and belongs to you. We claim no ownership over it and have no access to it.
Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms and refund policies. Refund requests are handled through Google Play.
The Sonelle app, its design, and the AuraTech and Sonelle names and logos are owned by AuraTech and protected by applicable laws.
Sonelle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. On‑device speech recognition, translation, and text recognition can be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuraTech is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data. Locked‑folder content is encrypted on your device and may be unrecoverable if the device is lost, reset, or its data is cleared.
You may stop using Sonelle at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend availability of the app or features where required by law or platform policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules.
